Have you had your head in the sand for the last few years? I don't know if the story reached the US, but David Hicks was a convicted Al Quaeda member years ago...

Hell, even if there wasn't precedent, the idea doesn't suprise me. Islam isn't a religion confined only to Middle Easteners and white people can be just as crazy as everyone else.

Jay, I don't want to undermine the seriousness of the issue you've raised but wouldn't this be an even better reason to upgrade ID cards? Please don't ask me to distinguish between RFID's or other types of tracking systems because I'm not an expert. I just can't see how having an ID card system in place makes it more terrible.

If someone in my state gets pulled over without a driver's license they have penalties for that. It doesn't make me fear the government!

This gets into Bible prophecy. Christians , many of them, will refuse to take "the mark". This will be satanic. Now, for a moment, lets assume that this "mark" is a computer chip underneath the skin. It will be used for identification purposes. That's where the ID card comes in. It may be a "first step" to the mark.

On a side note, I don't believe that there is a terrorist threat. I believe it was "made up" in order to usher in the new world order in which the anti-christ will eventually control the world. I know that many people believe that on 911 we were attacked by terrorists and they will find all this a little hard to believe. I was one of them.... I don't know what happened but I can't find the answer to any of the questions I have about 911. To some people, its just easier to believe the governments story...I was one of them. I can't deny facts any longer. And it all looks like its lining up with end time prophecy. Maybe I'm wrong, we'll just have to wait and see.

***Note: by "New Word Order" I mean global government not the fall of the Soviet Union.

While 'pulled' can be used as slang for demolition by explosion, in this case it actually meant 'pulled'. The guy in charge thought building 7 was dangerously weakened by fire and ordered it pulled down with cables attached to hydraulci digger arms. 'Pulled'. .
