allow tournament arrangements where only winner get points

that is a tourament where you pay 50 points to enter and the winner takes the pot. or the pot is subdivided into smaller points with the winner getting 30 percent of the pot and the rest is divided per round.

or even no points tournaments thus you can play in a tourament without fear of winning or losing points.

I know pooling points has been rejected for standard public games, but I think it'd be a brilliant addition for tournament play. I'm game!

It's been rejected for tournament play as well.
