The tournaments you host? That's not hard at all. There are usually only three pages to the Ongoing tournament forum - sometimes two. Just press CTRL + F in any browser and type in your user name or part of the thread title and search away. Lather, rinse, repeat as needed.
If you mean the tournaments you are in, I don't think there's any conceivable way to add this feature without ridiculous amounts of coding which Lack wouldn't even be able to do until the next forum update anyway.
