Clans, Leages, Guilds or just Teams?

Is this where I will find a team of players with which I can play repeatedly together. I was wondering if there is a place in the forum where players can apply to these groups or where groups can display the description of their clan. Because I am looking for such a group and would like to join one.


Also I'm wondering what exactly we call these groups officially.

We call them clans, but their official name is User groups. By the way, this is clicky.

look at the top right of this screen and click USERGROUPS
