Concise Idea: A mod is needed for the inteleegent conversation (Social Lounge) forum.
Suggestion Idea: I think it would be good to appoint a mod for the social lounge. Like wacicha has GD, I think it would be good to appoint an overseer solely with the purpose of keeping things in check and giving another opinion when it comes to bans. Like Norse's. I think if there was a mod that saw all of Norse's posts, instead of only the rasict ones, he would not have been banned now.

Why it is needed: To keep order in the social lounge without having the ModSquad come in.
The problem is, as much as i hate to say this, it cant be one of the current spam forum usuals, and he/she wont be able to bring back any issues brought up before his modlyness(?). Thats the only way it would work/be accepted.
Its a good idea though. There should be a mod for each forum, and IK is the only one that doent have one yet.
Even though they don't like me. I think this should be someone from Pleasant Chaps. They are very active in IK.
I'd expect some resistance here though, the entire forum mods probably feel they are covering it adequately without the extra help, and I don't poke my head in there much so I wouldn't know if they are or not.

On the contrary, I think one of the regulars would be the perfect choice. You don't have Dancing Mustard modding the foundry because he never visits there. Instead you have Coleman and gimil, foundry regulars. I think somebody that the people in there already respect (Got Tonkead for example) would make the perfect mod for it.
