When you play your last turn and click on "jump to your next playable game" when there isn't another game ready, it should instead be a link to the Start a game page.

Yes, let us feed the addiction. Personally I keep as many games going as I feel like playing at the time. Right now, that's 10. Also, I don't want to start any games right yet. Most players make a game of the style I want anyway, so that's not much of a worry.
If this was put into the game, I would suggest it as an option. Let the addicts feed the pool of games to join, but let those who have set limits (like non-Premium) or personal preferences turn the option off.
