I remembered on what theory I had actually investigated Clive again. I had thought, Gf wouldn't be made innocent on cop investigation since there was no vig, and because I don't do it myself. So he was next to impossible to kill.

GF = always innocent on investigation. The variation is normally whether he's bulletproof or not.

Well, it prevents the town to be able to have it easy with a combo claimed cop/hidden doc and actually have to look for scumtells. Besides Fir games are always hard on town so :P
