United Nations Map

I know, it sounds liek it might be a bit strange...

I'm thinking of the conference room (the one where Hugo Chavez jsut bitched out Bush) and having each country seated where they are during those meetings.

Continents could be arranged by allied countries in real life COntinenets woudl be either very small (so its a lot of continents which are easy to take) or very large (so no one really gets any continents since they'd all be hard to keep, i dont' liek this version)

impassible borders could be pacts pacts (symbolised by a pair of shaking hands maybe?)

acutaly, i was trying to see if anyone had a good floor paln of the UN, if someoen were to look @ my search records they'd probably think i'm planning an assault on UN

EDIT: well now i fele a bit stupid, looks like its random seating, since i found a site where kofi annan is drawing seats randomly so i guess i can place UN memeber countries where i want....

i still tihnk it might be kidn of cool to have small, disconnected continents and have geographic distribtion not really mean anything and see hwo well the map plays....

well i probably will have to put off any maps until i get my colelge apps under control, but i knew i'd forget about this map b then, so i thought i'd put this out there if anyone wanted it, and if not i'll revive it after New York

(PLus this one seemed a lot easier to make, graphically, than New York...)

try visting the Library of Congress, Im sure you could find blue prints of the UN building there, but you probly have to go through scurity first!
