Yes he was. He said he jail guarded militent twice so he couldn't get the info he supposedly got.

how so? I don't think it does. First of all, what idiot would jailguard a cop? There is no worth in protecting a cop if you're going to roleblock it. And the Doc is still alive too (as far as we know.) There was no reason for him to do it. Also if you all remember I found browng out as scum. well for the first night I though I'd just do it to make sure you were kept alive for just one night, so the next day i could make sure you were safe, yes I do realize it's no good to roleblock a cop, but you couldn't say your findings if you were dead, how was I supposed to know the doc was even active, or didn't believe firth over you? (then not want to protect you)
I guess the first night was a noob mistake, but when I noticed there was only one kill that night, I knew I should keep blocking you to prevent further deaths. so my hunch paid off and there was only one kill the following night as well.
