It's true and I completely agree with everything you said. The main difference between our styles is you are careful and patient; 2 virtues that I completely lack, thus accusations of scuminess in many, many games even when I'm town.MountainLion wrote:I've played one, maybe two games with kalish and I think he's a smart player, so I would agree that it would be dumb of him to link himself to lovo, and he probably wouldn't do that. Linking the two of them is one thing, but I still stand on the fact that lynching someone quickly who hadn't yet defended themselves is scummy.
You say you're town, that you push for a lynch to see things happen. I do the same, but you were pushing on someone who was seemingly at the time unable to defend themselves. Being aggressive on someone like that is useless. Town don't know who ANYONE is, so why push a lynch on someone when it won't give you any leads or much of any info? Plus town need to be careful with their votes because that's all they've got.
Also I'm like you in that I hate players who never saying anything or try to really play the game and come up with useful thoughts, but speeding up the day doesn't help either.
Where is TWO?

Hopefully we will play a few more together, contributing players are in short supply these days and it's nice to see someone doing so, even if they are contributing accusations against me...
TWO may be away or busy or something, he's do in Bar Room mafia as well to start day 3.

Fircoal should change that. Meh, he's a fooollll.MountainLion wrote:Who is "Reed" again? I forgot, have they posted today?
He seemed like he was just praising ML because Neutrino is lazy.Neutrino wrote:Good work MountainLion. From what you've written, Kalish seems the most scummy, though LoVo isn't far behind.
Vote: Kalish
FOS: LoVo
I don't know why you kept mentioning that two confirmed Pro-Town players voted the same person, though. Neither of them had any day-investigative powers, so their votes would have been based off simple intuition, like everyone else. If one was a Day Cop and the other was a Mason with that Day Cop it would be excellent evidence, but as it is neither of them had a better chance of hitting scum than the average townie.
If this isn't mindless town-bored posts, I have no idea what it is. Firth got a FOS on firth, and his reason was that he just skimmed the hell out of day 1. No matter if it is day 1, or fircoal's day 1, I believe you should never skim out of a whole day. This was stupid on your part.firth4eva wrote:Upon re-reading vote kalish
Worth nothing of substance. Normally it isn't during mafia, but hey. Why does he love ML? Because he's providing a reason to vote someone, or because he's the godfather and all the goons are too lazy? Improbable, but with fircoal, wanting an old-veteran as a godfather to get them into the game more is likely. Highly likely.cena-rules wrote:re-reading
vote lovo
also I love ML.
I think lovo today and then kal tomorrow

I voted Neutrino based on the suspicion that he jumped onto something way too early, when you didn't even vote for either of those counter-parts. Combined, no, because if you take out the wishful thinking at the bottom of his post, then it wouldn't be bigger than both of them.MountainLion wrote:So Neutrino, firth and cena are lazy, and yet you vote Neutrino who said a lot more in his post than both firth and cena combined AND didn't even FOS cena?

How did that qualify as "way to fast"? Do I have to wait for the bandwagon to enter full swing before voting? Hell, if I "jumped onto something way to fast" (presumably because I'm scum who knows this bandwagon is going to hit a townie, yes?) why did I post that little question/criticism/speech to the universe in general (since it wasn't technically a question)? I admit, it was largely superficial, but any scum worth their salt wouldn't criticise any information that helps their cause in even the most minor way.Skittles! wrote: I voted Neutrino based on the suspicion that he jumped onto something way too early, when you didn't even vote for either of those counter-parts. You jumped in to vote for Kalish, to get rid of him, presumably. Sure ML made good evidence, but they both refuted the claims well enough for most people to unvote them. You still haven't. Your post just raised up my gay-- I mean scum dar.Neutrino wrote:How did that qualify as "way to fast"? Do I have to wait for the bandwagon to enter full swing before voting? My time was limited that day and I felt that responding to a direct attack on myself was more time-efficient than examining other people's long-winded arguments in-depth and adjusting mine appropriately.Skittles! wrote: You jumped in to vote for Kalish, to get rid of him, presumably. He says he persuaded Fircoal to replace him. We cannot be sure, but anyway, LV was cleared awhile ago.Neutrino wrote:My time was limited that day and I felt that responding to a direct attack on myself was more time-efficient than examining other people's long-winded arguments in-depth and adjusting mine appropriately.Skittles! wrote: You jumped in to vote for Kalish, to get rid of him, presumably. Anyways, now that I have had time to read properly, I think I'll swap my priority around. Lovo, rather than Kalish. Unvote: Vote: LoVo He claims to have always been for either lifesaver's lynch or replacement, but I didn't see much evidence of the latter.
Of course, I've never been one for killing someone while they're not present, so I don't think we'll make much headway on that front. Who else would make a decent lynch...?
This sir, is major BS. When I play scum I try to appear as townie as possible, which involves putting doubt on something that helps my cause. For a very simple reason: that way if you get a townie lynched it doesn't backfire on you, and it's not like it'll make a real difference if a case against a townie is already convincing. That said I don't think it's particularly incriminatory to have jumped early on Kalish, more like your defense reeks of scummy WIFOMing.Neutrino wrote:How did that qualify as "way to fast"?
