Orochmaru's last servant still standing - and his "bum-buddy" - Kabuto had tried every trick in the book to stay alive. But now his actions were costing him dearly. After a brief distraction by Fircoal and /, the town had noticed that he in fact was sitting on the other side of the fence.
After dragging him out of the closet he was hiding in ( ), the town members hung, drew and quartered him.
Eyes from outside the village now looked towards Konoha with glee.
Phase 1 was complete, now for Phase 2....

Hayate Gekko was not well. Dying from lung cancer as a result of spending too much time with the smoker Asuma, he now had a horrid cough. Because of this, he came up with a plan to get himself lynched by the town and recieve a huge cash-in from his life insurance. He'd be dead, but he'd be stinking rich too.
However, t'was not to be. His antics went un-noticed by the town throughout the week and served only to attract attention from elsewhere.
The black-cloaked figures were annoyed by his pranks, and so they kidnapped him during the night, and killed him by shoving his sword down his throat. To add inuslt to injury, his insurance didn't cover death outside the villlage borders...

That means he couldn't have blocked Firecoal, and since nag counter claimed the cop and found out the Firth was jester. Firecoal was also right about TWO. Which point's to / as scum. He must have caught on earlier which explains how he put on an ellaborate scheme to make us vote Firecoal.

listen just because Firth backed me on my story, it doesn't make it any less valid than BEFORE he backed up my story, maybe Fircoal is a cop, all I know submitted my action both nights, I don't know anything else, maybe he's immune to blocks, maybe someone blocked me, who knows?

I think he may have known about all mafia members beforehand, even for the most skilled cops and the luckiest town, a mafia kill EVERY DAY is a bit much isn't it?
Also why would he investigate TWO and William? In my opinion, since Firth claimed the same role as him, he would be the first one to suspect and therefor investigate.
