Combining Tags in Rules

I found a little typo in the Rules section. Located at: http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/faq.php?mode=bbcode#3

It says that:

[b][u]This is wrong[/b][/u]

But it is actually correct.

Pretty sure

a) It doesn't matter
b) This is written by the PHPBB guys
c) PHPBB3 will be with us soon and this will probably be upgraded/changed.
