Lack:

This is an abuse complaint.

Some player named SacrificialLamb joined up 3 games and became a deadbeat in all of them (as if the name wouldn't give it away!)

It's pretty annoying (he was in one of my games).

I'm thinking it might be one of the guys you already warned/banned/booted trying to seek "revenge". You may just want to look into it and compare IP addresses to known offenders.
