I'll try to keep this thing on track. Just need to get organized and we'll be running along smoothly in no time. Thanks optimus for the rights and thanks to yorkiepeter for the support.

Almost there, just need Yorkie to answer the last few questions. A couple of teams I don't know the captains and I'm not sure if Murder Inc. and EWL are still around.

A new set of games is on its way. The Tournament tag is now "Teams Double League" with the extra "s" on teams. I will do my best to send auto links to the games.

Current update. EWL has dropped out of the league. Still waiting on Murder Inc. to reply back.

just wondering how it is that THOTA has played 4 rounds, yet we only 2. Murder Inc. didn't show for over 2 weeks, then yorkie was banned before the forfiet was dealt with, that being the third round for us, but 4 for THOTA?

Still dealing with that. THOTA destroyed EWL and Murder Inc. early on and I'm trying to get Murder Inc. to continue with this. EWL has confirmed they are no longer participating. The standings have been left is until a resolution has been made. Also due to the not joining games, THOTA did win 3 or 4 games by default which sped up the process in those match ups. As much as I don't want to remove the 2 THOTA wins, I also don't want to get into a College Football BCS type situation since not everyone will have played the same opponents because of the clan(s) that could not complete this. THOTA's results so far have been great, so removing the 2 wins later on may not be an issue with them if they are in first.

Some teams (including yours) will have rounds set up earlier to get us back on track. An away match for you is actually almost ready to go and your home match was pm'd as you just recently saw.

If Murder Inc. does not continue. Legends of War will have a bye.

Hardly ideal since the 2 clans mentioned are the whipping boys of CC. Now us other clans dont get a chance for easy points!!!

Yorkie (The Untochables captain) has been warned via pm that they are missing players. I will be putting them into default at the end of today. I think it's Yorkie himself who needs to joins games but is now a freemium?

This disturbs me greatly. This has been a difficult tournament to keep going and I appreciate the enthusiasm by several of the clans to participate. I've had home games setup weeks ago for LOD waiting for a clan to join their home games first. I made a pw mistake so I have made a few minor mistakes. However that should not have slowed us down any. I'm afraid that there may be 1 or 2 more clans dropping out and if the original tourny manager can't even get his own team in on time, this tournament may be on it's last leg.

After running this tournament, I have to say I appreciate THOTA members so much more. They were so on the ball this round.

lol appreciate that thank you.. probably because we are all online :P.. but then everybody takes their turns every 24hours so I dnt see why this should be an issue. Yorkie asked me online on msn about joining the games so I am surprised.

Perhaps it would be best to close this tourney all together?? then if your up to the task I am sure it would be greatly appreciated... starting up a fresh one with committed clans even if as few as say 5. Just thinking aloud...

You're not the first to recommend that. I just got a pm from yorkie from somewhere in Asia. He's on vacation and he's got one clan member who is MIA.

I'll see how it goes over the next couple of days and then make a decision. Yorkie did not do this any favors by abusing his privileges. I may alter the schedule as the LOD troops are ready to go.

The support for this tournament was all over the place. Many teams were really into this, however, some dropped out, or did not respond very well. I'd like to thank all those who supported me (way too many to name) and really enjoyed trying to save this tournament.

It is with a somewhat heavy heart to say that I will be abandoning this tournament. I've dropped all games that were not full, and although some suggestions were made, I felt that altering the schedule just to fill them could have violated my rights as a manager.

Clearly we had a number of great players in here and the sportsmanship was fantastic. It appears that doubles was a strong venue and I have several thoughts about how to run my next few tournaments. I've learned from this experience and hope you will all support my future tournaments. Those that have pm'd me, please continue to send clan tourny ideas, there have been a number of great ideas.

Way to show off RL, posting your wins after the tourney has been dropped. No class...
