Myth: The Fallen Lords
Myth II: Soulblighter
or, if you're really picky, Myth: The Total Codex

I'm pretty sure (almost positive) it's not Myth III: The Wolf Age, but I'm putting it out there as a guess anyway.

It was Myth II: Soulblighter.

As a curiosity, did the Total Codex have new in it besides Chimera?

I think it had plugin support for Myth 1, and some other random extras, but I'm not entirely sure.
