I think that easiest way to get a mod look at this thread would be to spam a completely non-topic stuff, then there's always somebody *cough*wicked*cough* to check things out
btw, I think that I haven't said that I support this idea
"Thou shalt accept thy dice rolls as the will of the Gods" (Church of Gaming) "amazzony is a beast" (Woodruff)
well i wouldnt use it but if other ppl would, why not?
I vote Yes!!

Just a note-posting "Mods look here" will not make us look any faster...
I think it could be rather interesting, not sure about the popularity of the option though.

i see a 59-11 vote in favor of it in the pole
I think she means how much it'll be played.
I'll wager plenty of CC2000 games will be started with it though (and undoubtedly with no cards, and eventually 1000 armies a piece).
I can't believe that no dice game has more pages of talk and more yes votes
btw, keiths, maybe you should change the topic name to something like *insert mod name* sucks. What I've noticed, that's always a wonderful way to get all the mods together and defending each other

Guys, I think they prefer actual discussion rather than bumping. I believe they purposely don't post in threads that just keep getting bumped.
Besides, I'm guessing that most of the suggestions in this forum aren't getting much time because lack is on vacation. Plus he has all those forum bugs to solve so we can get an upgraded forum.
Resume discussing something like the implications of dropping with a bonus but not being able to move the back armies out. Or something else productive.
By the way, I do support this option (although I may not play it much).

I don't think there's anything left to discuss. Have a country where autodeploy forces your troops to stay there? tough luck. If that's the case you probably shouldn't play maps like the Age maps or Feudal Wars.
Although it could be a problem in ConquerMan. A player who can snag the fruit early and hold it for even two rounds is basically guaranteed to hold onto it for a pretty long time in even decent game conditions. Part of the risk of the option I say.

Indeed. Some options seem like they would not go well with some maps at all.
But then again, look how popular 8 player doodle earth is.
