Who won the money!?

I really have no idea how to put the word "cocksucker" in this post. Wait! I think I found a way.

As Dawn broke over the sleepy camp yelling was heard in three places. A local miner found Charlie Utter (Koesen) dead out in front of his freight depot. He had been shot at close range by what looked to be a shotgun, sloppy work. One of the Gem Saloon whores found Dan Dority (kwanton) slumped against the bar. He had been stabbed. Doc Cochrane examined the wound and determined that it was the same style as the previous night, stabbed through the kidney, a cowardly blow from behind. Last to be found was Trixie (CrabNebula) who was found by her lover Sol Star. She had been shot between the eyes, likely by a revolver, execution style.

It is now day 3, who’s going to die next?

Koesen – Charlie Utter (back-up cop/Jail keeper) died from a shotgun
Kwanton – Dan Dority (Gem Saloon mafia) was stabbed from behind
CrabNebula – Trixie (roleblocker/?) was executed w/ a revolver

19 alive, 10 to lynch

Ok, so there are two mafia groups in this town?

If there is an SK and a cult then the town is pretty much doomed. What I don't get is why we got so lucky the first night with only one night kill. I'm assuming mafia killed one last night, and LSU did the same. So, who's responsible for the third? And please tell me LSU that you didn't hit the deputy by accident. Thats a big oops if you did.

What I make of this is we have 2 mafia groups to deal with: the Hearst mafia and the Gem Saloon mafia. There's also a third killer out there. I think it's a SK. Look at the description for these two kills:

Day 2: lalaland - Calamity Jane (elite bodyguard/back-up doc) was stabbed through the left kidney.
Day 3: Kwanton – Dan Dority (Gem Saloon mafia) was stabbed from behind

Thanks to Gimpy's day scene, we know for sure that this is the same killer:

I'm not too familiar with Deadwood, but Hearst is a cowboy-type right, who would kill with guns? I don't think a description like that would fit the Hearst mafia. Someone with more Deadwood-knowledge please correct me if I'm wrong. It's also definately not the Gem Saloon mafia, because they wouldn't kill kwanton. Finally, I don't think it's a pro-town killer, because why would a pro-town take aim at lalaland after she claimed a power role? SK is the only role left that suits.

This means there should be 3 kills every night. Either two killers chose the same target night 1, or one of them failed.

As for the other two deaths: Koesen being a back-up cop gives us the good news that at least there's a cop around. The question mark with crab I'm not sure of what to make. A locked ability maybe?

Where is this cult idea coming from? I imagine you would either bring that up because A) You're cult, so of course it would be obvious to you that there is a cult; or B) You're trying to create confusion by hinting there might also be a cult around. It doesn't look good in my books either way.

Also I don't recall LSU ever claiming vig. I believe he claimed he had the name that browng claimed, not the role. What occurred to me after I posted this though, was that one of the gun shots from tonight could have indeed been a vig. The other kill from night one was also done by knife, so that could be a mafia kill that failed tonight.

Since browng claimed vig and LSU counterclaimed, I assumed he was a vig as well. Also, I've seen two episodes of deadwood before and I mention a cult because it is definately a town setting for one. I'm not trying to create confusion, I'm stating the facts. Since we haven't seen any signs of one yet we can forget about it at the moment, but I think it's a real possibility. Also, LSU you don't have to state your ability if you aren't a vig, but if you did kill someone last night please let us know who it was.

I realised the scumminess of the sentence after I wrote it lol. Anyway I've said Sierra_Scumone a number of times pushing against me is going up the wrong avenue. There was a reason behind me wanting extra time that I would rather not divulge into as it is sensitive to the game dynamic. Both diddle and mandy know it...
