I too havent looked at the strength number in a year, but the ease that it points out what attacks what, how many each player has, simply saves time
Theres plenty of math still neccessary, but I use a calculator for difficult math, My computer for complicated spreadsheets and formulas... and BOB, to figure out whats out there for me... If i want to do a lot of useless adding, Ill go play Suduko

a bit over the top?
I'd say...Is calculus needed with CC? Sounds like his computer is playing for him??

WoW...They
finally replaced the CC player with a Start button...Now we can sit back and play another game...Its like Atari all over again...They make a game and then publish a cheats mag so we play it to the top level and then need to buy another game.
So is Lack writing another script for a whole new site..Then someone else can jump on board and ruin all the fun by making a cheat program. Before anyone says "its not cheating"....SHUT UP!

You, ummm.... kind of missed my point... It was an analogy......... the complicated spreadsheets and formulas are not used for CC... I use my computer and calculator for adding other numbers for other things outside of CC the same way I use BOB for adding the armies in here....
hate to use the again...but none of the others seemed to fit as well... well, that one works too

why do you even try to? as usual, the task of actually being able to comprehend the written word as you read it on a page before you, has escaped you... you really make me laugh... maybe BOOB can help you in the forums too?!! yeti? can we work on that?! like, create a sarcasm gauge or something like that, to help people in the forums?! that would be super duper cool.-0

I thought it was sarcasm but then decided that woudl give you too much credit
@All the people saying "look" to my earlier comment.
I'm not going to strain my eyes on some of these maps or make assumptions about what touches what, I've been wrong before and have lost games because of it before I got BOB. The map inspect that shows me what connects to what and highlights the territories I own are the most useful features of BOB hands down, that and the "text map" that shows which territories make up which countries. Sometimes these things are not immediately obvious to a newbie playing a map for the first time.
For whatever reason in my first game of World 2.1 I didn't think that India and China would be able to attack each other - I assumed that Nepal provided a block. I also had some issues with the jump gates in my very first game of the Space map, I figured it out quickly, but if I had BOB at the time it would have taken me less than a second to figure out what they do.
It's not terrible hard to figure out the maps, but you shouldn't really have to "figure them out", it should be apparent. There is no strategy in 'guessing' how a map works the first time.

yeah, that big long stretch where india and china connect all around nepal gives no indication that they touch each other and can attack each other... thank god for bob!!!-0
