well i'm no good at making maps but i'm asking someone maybe to make like a map of the world at the height of the cold war maybe 1962 at the cuban missile crisis, and have bonuses like countries strongly alligned to the ussr, so ussr's colour being red have stuff like cuba in blood red, but i think the ussr being massive should be split up, for example soviet kazakhstan or soviet belorussia heres some examples
