Kanzo Mogi, one shot cop day or night, has been killed.

I checked the rules just now, but I can't find any rule that says

*Dead people can talk
*(Dead) people can talk at night
*Dead people can talk at night and insinuate that there were only two cops in this game

I didn't impy that there are only two cops, srry if you think I did or confused you. I havn't the fogiest clue as to how many.

Both implies (or in fact means) a quantity limited to two. Gramatically, if you say 'both cops', you insinuate that there are a maximum of 2 in the game.
