Suggestion.
Get rid of the E-Ticket system and replace it with a forum where we can air our complaints or stop closing issues that arent resolved. Its just plain rude to close an on going incident.
Sirius, E-tickets are for more than just cheating accusations. People can use them for feedback problems, or general site issues, or creating clans.
There is no need to make most of this stuff public.

I have never filed an E-Ticket for a cheating accusation...If I open the ticket..Then I think I should be the one to close it.When I am happy that the matter is dealt with. Please don't dis-regard what I say as ranting and close it after I have waited 29 days for a reply.
As I mentioned above, feel free to reopen any ticket or fill out a new one if it has not reached a satisfactory end. In any case, one of our near future goals is to improve the E-ticket system.

I am refering to the E-Ticket system..I'm confused whya subject gets closed that is still on going.
When I get a reply that is simply half hearted and not had much time spend investigating it and its closed.I get annoyed and I'm sure other ppl do too.
I think you should just get rid of it..A forum would be much more productive and past issues could be dealt with easier when users have the same problems.

Between with and please there are no space, only the "." sign.
Write it like this with. Please instead of with. Please
