neo has done the most dumb things...which seems less likely to be scum cause scum usually play pretty close to the vest.

ice fits a scum mold imo at least.

I have the worst position as far as claims go so i probably run the most danger to keep alive.

I dont have a problem with any of the three as long as militant is the target of an action.
