Place him on your ignore list and you won't need to deal with him any more. He won't be able to join any games with you in them and all his gamechat will be invisible to you.

I have the same problem with this guy. With his poor sport attitude where he complains about loosing and doesnt do anything when he wins, should get him banned from Conquerclub!!!! PLEASE CONQUERCLUB BAN AVERAGE GUY!!!!! yeah he is on my ignore list but it isnt enough.
