Leaf fans are cute and amusing. There there, Leaf fan, we know you've won the past 13 Cups and 20 of the past 25.

What do we think of the Brad Stuart acquisition? I love it myself.

Oh terrific move. Physical player, sound defensively. Not fair to look at his numbers from Los Angeles, worst team in the league. He's been great since joining the team.

Lidstrom is amazing. Plus, off-ice, he is so classy. Makes him that much better than the guys who are asses off-ice (*cough*Ray Emery*cough).
As for the Stanley cup, I predict either Detroit or Anaheim.
There is going to be the most amazing playoff series you have ever seen between Anaheim and Detroit in the Western finals, and the winner of that will go on to win the cup.
But who will they beat? I predict New Jersey, although Washington has all the makings of a run team if they make the playoffs.

It's a shame Detroit doesn't have as many Stanley Cups as Toronto.

None. I was born when they hit 27 years without a stanley cup. You do the math and see how young I am.

The Bruins have been playing well the last week, but would it kill somebody to beat the Flyers of the Capitals?

I personally wish Washington would make the playoffs, preferably over Philly. Also, anyone else catch Darren McCarty returning to the Wings? Nice feel-good story there!

They aren't bad, but it looks like they may not make the playoffs this year, which is sad given that Luongo really is one of the better goalies these days.
In other news, by beating the Canucks last night, the Avalanche clinched a playoff spot AND have a small chance at running the table for the Northwest Division title.

Well yeah, air hockey is great. Until the puck inevitably slams into your knuckles.

Ofcourse. We don't need violence to make the game interresting.
