banned teammates

I just found out an opposing team has a teammate who is banned (I did not know this earlier) - I am beginning to suspect this of another teammate also (don't know whether he is). These are players within the same game.

I am wondering, if a teammate becomes banned, can't they immediately be ruled deadbeats and save us the trouble of having to wait all those 24 hours, holding the damn game up? (And perhaps having their armies granted to us like the other deadbeats.)

why let them finish there game.......i have been screw by some players that we have reported cheeting and they still cheeted to win the game with us.

Well the idea was to not hold up the cheater's games for 3 days (cuz who says he/she was cheating in all of them). But when we implement a "Skip Turn" button, then I can program it to turn skipping on for people who are busted and block them from playing.
