explanation in cheating?

in suspected cases of cheating, why dont you get some form of explanation? Because sometimes it really really looks like some kind of cheating.. and all it says is "cleared"

I mean. if you play almost all games together with someone. With suspected turns and attacking patterns. Pehaps not all the time a multi.

But still something fishing going on.. just "cleared" dont cut it in those cases, according to me atleast.

Cleared signifies they are not multiple accounts. They may be guilty of secret alliances, but that is where Feedback comes into play.
