: If the server goes down players should not be pentalized by missing a turn, when the server goes down someone needs to find out who missed turns and aloow them to take there turn even if its out of sequence
I doubt you would find it fun to correct hundreds of games, but maybe something could be done to temporarily stop the timers until the server is fixed.

I am not sure this is technically possible, but if the maintenance is predictable, what about just universally giving folks some extra time -- maybe by resetting the clock similar to what you do during time changes .. (and then back again after repairs done?). I know you tell people to avoid speed games, but that doesn't apply to casual games that may have been started days previous.... and some folks may have short windows, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays. (because of travel, etc.)
I was taking a turn and did everything I wanted to do. Whereafter I forgot to "end fortification". I "ran out of time" and the turn was passed on, nothing unlogical here... But in the end I did not receive a card, even though I had conquered a terrritory that turn...
Is this a bug or is this the way it is supposed to work?
