Uninstall BOB and Greasemonkey?

I've installed Greasmonkey and BOB, but I had some trouble with it.. So I was thinking about uninstalling and installing it again... But I don't know how to uninstall. Someone know how?

and......will that fix the problem of the screen "jerking" every time you make a move, or refresh?

Just that somebody said that it might be because I installed it more then once...that's why...

As it turns out, PoohsTuger just took the game clock and turned it off in "view settings" and that fixed the problem.
