Voting for McCain/Against Clinton.Sentinel XIV wrote:I want to know how all of you Americans will be spending your vote come election time. Will you be voting for a candidate, will you be voting against a candidate, or will you be abstaining? Just curious.
Could've sworn he dropped out awhile ago...GabonX wrote:I'll be voting for Mike Huckabee.

So, you will essentially vote against Obama if he wins the candidacy, correct?jay_a2j wrote:Like it matters. (The election will be rigged as usual) But my vote won't go to Obama, Hillary or McCain.
No. I think in light of his political stance, if he votes at all (for... a Constitutionalist?), he'd be voting against McCain, and for Obama.Sentinel XIV wrote:So, you will essentially vote against Obama if he wins the candidacy, correct?jay_a2j wrote:Like it matters. But... Clinton won't be on the ballot?muy_thaiguy wrote:Voting for McCain/Against Clinton.Sentinel XIV wrote:I want to know how all of you Americans will be spending your vote come election time. Whether Clinton or Obama will be on the ballot is yet to be decided, at least as of today. Unless something major happens in today's primaries, it probably will be up to the "super delegates" to decide.btownmeggy wrote:But... You're a Clintonista, then?PLAYER57832 wrote: Whether Clinton or Obama will be on the ballot is yet to be decided, at least as of today. Unless something major happens in today's primaries, it probably will be up to the "super delegates" to decide.

Holy moly, three years of NaNoWriMo victories!? Impressive!tzor wrote:Unless something significant happens I'm going to be voting for McCain in November.
Normally that should not mean a damn thing; I'm from New York. This year, if the current trend continues it might just mean something. The state used to be solid blue, but recent polls show that neither Hillary nor Barack can get over 50% against McCain. The pundits are saying that New York has become a "purple" state that might go either way, so now more than ever my vote counts!
Yes I know that this year we may have a historic moment, but having New York vote Republican in the presidential election is a historic moment as well and I want to see that happen. (Even if he doesn't win the rest of the nation.)
Me thinks you have to be a citizen of the US in order to vote...jonesthecurl wrote:They don't let me vote here.
Curiously enough I still have to pay taxes.
Now, where have I heard the phrase "taxation without representation" before?
... I have to ask. Why?btownmeggy wrote:Very happily for. (Obama)
You do of course.muy_thaiguy wrote:Me thinks you have to be a citizen of the US in order to vote...jonesthecurl wrote:They don't let me vote here.

Not necessarily. I am aware of the politics in my country ... and the democratic race isn't decided yet. It probably won't be decided until close to the convention, when "super delegates" make their decisions.btownmeggy wrote:You're a Clintonista, then?PLAYER57832 wrote:Whether Clinton or Obama will be on the ballot is yet to be decided, at least as of today.
