let's say someone, whether it be some business or just some rich guy who thinks he can do something with it, offers lack a moderately large sum of money, say a couple of million. should lack take it? would he? what would you personally prefer?

Honestly, I would think there would be a couple of issues that would be pretty red flagged if selling the site. The classic map, all the other maps and so. Dunno who would dare to pay for it and run it.
