Well, LSU's claim puts credence to the other "minor" jedi council members claims, so less likely scum on this side. Having checked a bit the movie info, 2 obvious scum left as Anakin/Vader and Darth Sidious (both could kinda fit as GF in fact). If Lovo is evil enough I wouldn't be surprised if one of the day killers would actually be SK tho... So at least 2 scum left, possibly 3.
Out of all the claims I'm very suspicious of Nag's, for being a so ridiculously minor character, but all in all I think the safest bet is Kalish, blind lynch or not he has good odds of being scum.

One more thing that makes me suspicious of Kalish looking back is this:

AD obviously didn't bother checking the death scene, but this is an outright lie.
As for why Padme's lover didn't die, well odds are Anakin already had switched to the dark side if he wasn't a bad guy from the start, depends on how Lovo managed it I guess.
