Comments: I checked and these 2 are teammates in doubles games....Ghangis holds Europe with huge piles of armies...Raptor holds Oceana and I barely hold South America...With absolutely nothing in game chat...Raptor attacks me in SA again and again....leaving much stronger Ghangis (his buddy) untouched in Europe...turn after turn after turn...

One thing I can say, Ghangis Jr. and {Raptor} are CLEARED of being multiple accounts. Regarding a secret alliance, feel free to leave the appropriate feedback following the guidelines and/or use your ignore list.

So basically no enforcement of the rules, even though it's cheating? If you look at the game it's very clear.
