Nate, Might I offer a freindly ammendment to our tournament rules. Might we consider that each game in a round, counts for a ball sunk, if neither player wins in the number of rounds required. That way, their is at least some modest progress, and an eventual end to each round. While I'm sure that Qwert and Luftsen are enjoying their epic battle, I'm ready for another game and there is not game in sight. At this pace, my 10 year old will graduate from college before these two declare a winner.

i Agree.In next stage you can put new rule that after 3 game nobody have 9 ball sunk,then every game is one ball and Winner is first who come to 9 ball. example 1 game 4 ball sunk 2 game 3 ball sunk 3 game 0 ball sunk 4 game 1 ball sunk(no turn limit) 5 game 1 ball sunk(no turn limit)Winner. Well these is mine opinion to tournament move faster

ayeaye it is getting somewhat rediculious... but also i dont change rules in the middle of a round... i was thinking perhaps (should zero be sunk) it counts as 1 no matter what...

5/30/08 I am going on vacation starting tonight! I will be gone until 6/8/08, when i return i will continue running this tournament, until then, good luck with your games
Tahoe and I have had our second straight game over 12 rounds. Given how long the last round went; can we use the modification recommended to count a ball for each game we play? At least that way, we will have made some progress.
