The only thing that makes me think of that is in the Ashputtel/Cinderella tale she has to pick a bowl of peas ( and the birds do all the work), though I'm pretty sure I saw the same kind of act repeated in another tale. As far as I know I don't have anything to do with either though

Anyway it starts to looks like I shouldn't take all the scenes at face value, and it seems Masket's flavour investigations are the same. I wonder if there's some sort of pattern to it though. Off the top of my head...
