Yes freemiums can have 4 games, however In the past I have had trouble with freemiums joining just 1 game, so im not attempting it with 3.

Single Elimination? Or what? Also, will the bracket be made randomly or decided by point seeding?

The bracket will be made randomly (via online bracket software) and you will get a link to the brackets as soon as they are up.
And this tournament will be single elimination, however you have to win 2 out of 3 games to advance.
