This may have been suggested before but I didn't see it immediately in a search so here it is. Suggestion to add to BOB
A Total Missed Turns display so we can tell how many turns a person has missed for the entire game. Seems to me that it would be fairly easy to implement and it would be nice to see at a glance if a person is missing a lot of turns or just randomly missed one.

Could well be done.

Would help when doling out the stars for the attendance/attitude/fair play/teamwork ratings.
Would it be possible to keep a [calculated] running count of neutral territories in fog games? It seems like it would be easy enough to count the neutrals at the start and they only lose territories when someone attacks them, so that part should be the same as for a player. I think the only hard part would be changing territories to neutral when someone deadbeats because there are different rules in each of standard, terminator, and team games. Would this be possible?

Most probably possible... I need some new features for the next release - I can see this one making it!
as much as I hate alert boxes I actually like the way chipv has one surmising the changes in new versions in Turn Watch when clicking on the update button. of course I still wouldn't mind seeing the latest version installed button hidden unless there actually is an update. keeps things neater.

Personally I prefer having people visit this thread to find out the changes!!
The "Latest Version Installed" button still acts as a way to install the latest - just in case you've been playing around!!
Sorry Yeti, I didn't know this thread existed. Can you address the clock situation now? I can assure you that there is a time difference (I don't even know what AJAX means nor any of the coding), but from personal experience the refresh button does NOT synch up the clock. Just an option to turn it on/off, just like all the other options? I don't see a problem with it.

I can definitely make it an option to turn the clock animation off.
is there a separate thread for greasemonkey, cuz i noticed an update, and i was wondering about it. if there isn't another thread can you explain it to me? thanks

Greasemonkey is the add-on for Firefox that runs the scripts we have here...
Hey Yeti, love BOB, probably my favorite Greasemonkey script ever (aside from UnF*ck Facebook).
I couldn't possibly be bothered to go through all 98 pages of this thread so I'm not sure if this has been suggested before or if its even feasible. Can BOB be made to calculate how long it takes a player to start their turn on average in a game? The log files would appear to have sufficient information to make this happen as they contain dates/times. I could see the major hurdle being no cards games or turns where players don't receive a card since there is no set text to indicate a turn has ended (those turns could end with XXXX deploys... or XXXX fortifies... or even XXXX receives... followed by time running out).
Another idea I had was a column for total missed turns. So far as I can tell the current missed turn column tells me consecutive missed turns so I might know that a person is about to deadbeat.
The reason I ask about both of these is due to the new rating system (I will forgo the love/hate debate here). Attendance can really only be measured objectively by 2 things; missed turns and time to start a turn. Since it is unlikely the site will make the attendance rating automated I thought it would be nice if the users would have a tool available to help them out instead of having to work their way through logs after every game (or worse yet randomly assign their preferred star amount).
Hope these ideas are useful and keep up the great work.
Yeti... Just had a thought about total missed turns. After a game is completed the only player(s) left showing in BOB is/are the victor(s). I tend not to rate people till games are completed so having a total missed turns column loses a lot of its utility if that information isn't available after the game is over. Will BOB be modified so that at least the players that missed turns will still show in BOB even after they have been eliminated?
To take this even further, if my other suggestion of average time to start turns becomes a reality, then even if a player hasn't missed any turns their name will still need to appear in BOB for that information to be useful in rating. Its a possibility that all players in a game will always need to be displayed is what I'm getting at I guess.
Just some food for thought, keep up the good work.

The Site options section of BOB was a bit weak - so I have beefed it up with some new additions. Hide Signatures - Turn this On to no longer see Sigs. Small Avatars - Turn this On to make the Avatar section smaller (this hides non useful info). Also as standard the script adds collapse/expand buttons to the Avatars to allow you to do this indivually. Confirm Drop - I have adapted Aerial Attack's Confirmation script for Dropping games. This should work in forums as well as the MyGames 2 page.
Stats Redux
The Statistics section has been reworked a bit now.
Total Missed Turns Counter - Next to Missed turns (in brackets) is now the total missed turns. Continents hider - I have added a "Hide/Show" button to the Continents section of the stats - for some maps this section can be massive - so this reduces that to allow people to see the other stats in context. Fixed Headers & Footers - If you have chosen "Scrollable Stats" the headers and footer now stay fixed and only the data is scrollable. Always show everyone - Even if someone has been killed - they will always be shown now - this is so that people can still see the totals missed column etc.
Continents Overview
I have added the Continents Overview - this writes out a list of Continents to the right hand side of the map - if you hover over the continent - then the corresponding territories will be highlighted in the map - it is switchable to On or Off. If you have it On - then the right hand side of the screen is limited to the height of the map - so you may have to scroll that portion to find it.
Clock
The Clock now has the ability to be turned on or off. - If it is Off and you turn it on - then it will start up after the next action/refresh of the screen.
Reset Map Options
This button reverts your settings for this map back to the standard. (this affects the Alignment & Opacity settings only).
Points Totaller
Players points are now totalled in the Elimination Summary.
FIXED : Few cosmetic tweaks for FF3 compatibility (there may be some more needed!). FF3 ampersand problem found for Scotland and Rail:Europe.
In the new version also the stats for the players that are already eliminated are shown. How can I get rid of them? It's kind of annoying that you see that much info while those players are out already.
