No. You see the problem as being a speedgame one but the foe list and the suggestions discussed here certainly covers casual games too.

The consensus for this thread seemed to be that folks want it so you cannot play your foes as well as not being able to play them (the last option).

This may not solve the issue of speed games/freestyle games, but perhaps that should be discussed in the discussion forum, since it does not seem there are clear and concise suggetions yet to fully solve that problem.

I am therefore starting a thread for that purpose. Join in the discussion, if you wish (give me a bit of time to write it out, though).

You keep complaining, but what exactly do you want?

Earlier you said that either notification that one was joining a game with a foe OR that you were OK with folks not being able to play in games with foes (except Battle Royale and Tournaments), which are included above.

I did start another thread in the Discussion Thread. If you have additional suggestions or even problems (specific, though ... not much we can do with "these ideas suck" ..sorry) I would like to hear them.

He is like a child who can't get his own way.Everyone is pampering him.I already asked him what he wanted.All he does is through insults and tries to wind people up.I'm trying to resolve a problem that only really bothers Speedgamers.If the last option is passed it may make people think twice before Foeing someone.If we have missed something from the poll I'm sure its not relevant to the vast majority of cc.It will only be a burden to "KLOBBER".Which is no loss.
