To do list

Make the "To Do List" show up when someone clicks the New topic button and have a check box that has to be checked saying I have read the To Do List before they can post a suggestion.

It would save a lot of repeated suggestions and excuses that I was to lazy to search.

I think it deserves a 3 for priority

I think most people would just check the box and post their idea.

wouldnt it be ironic if what he was suggesting was already in the To Do list.
