With the death of their beloved teacher, the remaining gospels discussed what they should do next. Matthew was not in the best of moods; his newly finished book of the life of Christ had been stolen a few days before and was determined to write it again. Luke agreed to walk with him home under the starlit sky, before heading back to the meeting. On the return journey, he turned into the market street - now empty, except for another. A strange man in odd clothing blocked his passage, and started shouting in a language unknown to him. He pulled out something from his coat, and suddenly Luke was on the floor, bleeding. Just before the man disappeared in a flash of blue light, Luke caught his last memory. He noticed a symbol on the man's arm.....a black spider?

Elsewhere that same night, a priest was finishing the day by checking the interior of his church was in order. Satisfied, he headed for the door. To his horror, he discovered that the hinges of the door and been....melted? It was strange, the priest had been locked in, and help would not come until morning. The other strange thing was a brief flash of green light that appeared just outside the door....

This smells like a vig kill. Since town was suscpicios of Firth, a vig probably killed him. Mafia would just kill some else and let suscpiscious people die from a lynch.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing.

And if there was no scum kill last night, could it be because the scum are inactive? *ponders*
