missing your turn

when a player misses his turn 3 times and is kicked out...does he still lose points once the game is over?

or if it is a team game, and that person's team wins. Then they get points.

or i think if they play for less than 3 rounds (taking propper turns) then they don't lose points although i think that may hav changed and i may hav got the numbers wrong. it needs clarifying
