Unless, that is, he wanted to call someone else out or start this to make him appear more townish, but I highly doubt anyone would think that would work.

As for the map... It's a good way to allow masons through a night cycle. Everybody who ends up in the same room can talk to one another.
I'm sorry, but it seems as if you yourself believe Dito to be townie, if he is scum, his plan seems to have worked.

And who are you?

Ahhhh, nobody... :roll: :roll:
I'm David Letterman, d'uh. I was hoping you had the brain capacity to figure that out when I posted the top ten list...but I guess I was wrong...

Yeah, like icedagger said, the fact that both have claimed survivor ruins this theory, and I have no idea why you would be so sure on the fact that there is one scum and one town.

I find much more likely the possibility that both are rival lynchers, and have either a new power or a victory to get if the other one is killed. The reason I'm so hesitant to lynch one is that what if the bonus of getting the other guy killed is becoming bulletproof? Then we'd have a bulletproof third-party player with no reason to help the town over the mafia. It would make a lot of sense for that to be a role condition, and would explain why Exile was willing to risk drawing suspicion and getting killed himself to get Dito lynched.

Once again the speakers kicked into life, by this time the patients were finding it rather annoying, and a booming voice rang out through the halls.
"I wanna be the very best
like no one ever was"

Vote Count:

Macalester ===== (Mandalorian) (1)
Ditocoaf ====== (Innervision, Sierra Leon, Fireedud, Militant) (4)
The1exile ===== (animorph, Ditocoaf, TWO, Dark Wingstalker, Nark, Danoduke) (6)
ace1217 ====== (/) (1)

With 30 alive, it takes 16 to lynch.

Not necessarily, only that they have differing and "opposing" styles to how they wrote history. Regardless, it seems beneficial to keep at least one of them alive seeing as how often official vote counts are given. But it's hard not to think that surely one must benefit somehow with the death of the other.

The main contention here that I see is that one was called out before the other. Let's say that both of them have the exact same requirement. Who do you guys think would perform the action first and more regularly? A scum or a townie? Secondly, given that Dito was called out first, or that they were not called out for the vote counts at the same time, it gives a reacting mafia a chance to gamble at it and research it, remember that the Herodotus Role claim was not immediately given, only that the job was the same.

Either Fircoal is controling the speakers or the person controling the speakers wants us to believe so. What's the deal with the speakers anyway? :-s

My guess is that theres like 5 town crier roles. I realize its a little high but judging from all the crap that's been coming from the speakers its the most likely possibility. Or there's just one town crier role that's either messing with us or trying to help us. Either way, I think ash is in this game, as is lord voldemort. There is most likely going to be someone with the role of harry potter as well, perhaps a lynchee with lord voldemort being the lyncher. My guess is that ash would most likely be a vig.

or skinoff could be screwing with us. If it were one town crier, how would they know that lord voldy was in the game? or ash for that matter...

I find it very possible that there is a town crier that is also a cop that finds out the name of people. Its happened before, (don't remember where), so its very possible that theres a town crier trying to tell us about ash and voldy.

It's possible, on another website, even though the game isn't up know (it's going through "technical difficulties", but hasn't been up for about a year), it was called a psychic.

As my esteemed multie already pointed out, the quote is from Pokemon and who is the biggest Pikachu around here? Fircoal!

Mandy, it does seem a little coincidental for two messages to apply to the nature of two different players. Are you suggesting that the message corresponds to the players and not the roles?

And if it is a player who is making these announcements, one must wonder:
1. Why are the messages so cryptic?
2. What good would they be, even if we understood them?

I think that either this power has some pretty heavy restrictions, or Skof is the one throwing them out there. But regardless, right now I can't make any sense of them.

It could either be that a) Fircoal decided to post the first thing that crossed his mind, b) that someone wanted to make us think a); or c) that the message has been a semi-chypherd message from Skoffin ment to let us know that Fircoal is using the speakers.
