Well I think all actions randomized because of Mili Lighting rod/nexus sucked. But I don't get how the game ended with TWO, me and Ink still alive.

Because if we lynched TWO, he would have lived since I was alive.

Yeah, even if it was once lynches in RTs are already pretty random, if you also make the night actions random it kinda removes any kind of tactical shot at winning.
