I noticed that one went right after the other. I looked up jobe1977 and saw that almost half of the games he has been in have also included ShooterMcGee and, again, the two took their turns very quickly, one right after the other, never more than half an hour later, sometimes just seconds. Who is the only person to leave feeback for jobe1977? ShooterMcGee! They have to be the same person.
EDIT: Just checked back to the game I was playing with these two and guess what? They ganged up on me and took me out in 3 turns.

ShooterMcGee and jobe1977 are not multis with each other. They probably know each other in real life though.
