I wouldnt exactly say I have had an experience with ghosts but when me and my friends were at university we used to (stupidly) mess around with ouji boards. It started off as quite funny, then on to total amazement and we got hooked. About a month passed and we were doing it like 3-4 times a week. One night we were on the ouji board and got through to a spirit who was not nice. He made some crazy shit happen in the room we were doing it in. He picked paticularly on one of my friends toward the end of the conversation he told her as proof he was there she was to go into her room, which was next door. When we opened the door all of her stuff was out of the drawers, off the walls and piled up in the middle of the room like a triangle. Well this put is in a serious state of shock and we ran off screaming. We later calmed down and helped her put her room back together again but she wouldnt sleep in it for months. We swore we wouldnt play ouiji again. Being stupid a month or so later when she was away for the weekend we got it out, as soon as we had our fingers on it started going crazy and spelling out her name over and over again. We panicked and chucked the glass we were using out the window, we were on the twelth floor, later that night we went out and found the glass sitting upright on the concrete. Thats certainly something I will never forget and to this day I have never messed with something like that again.
I dont know what happenned that night we went in her room or how her stuff was piled up like that, I mean it was a perfect triangle. I spoke to someone about it who said sometimes mass hysteria can cause things to happen telepathically. Whether it was paranormal or pyschological either way it still scares the hell out of me!

Have you read The Exorcist, by William Peter Blatty? If not, you should. Way more detailed and expository than the movie, and would help give you some context to what you experienced. There are other, more academic texts about demonic possession, exorcism, and demonic tricks -- but Exorcist is a good place to start.

Used to. I had one dream where we were about to go on vacation but my sister was being trapped inside a classroom on the fourth floor of her school. So the only way I could get her out was if I climbed the vine along the wall and break out the window (apparently it could only be broken from the outside). So I climbed and right as I was about to reach the window, the vine gave way. I jumped out of bed and landed face first on the floor.

Another Time i was in Colonial Williamsburg which is an old colonial town touristy place, and we were in this old old pub, and I had heard it was haunted but I didnt believe it and I went to the bathrooms which were on the second story, and I was washing my hands and all of a sudden all the stall doors starting slamming open and shut by themselves, the windows were opening and shutting, all the sinks turned on and off and the toilets started flushing and I ran out of there
And this past year me and my friends went to a supposed haunted brothel where a regular customer apparently went crazy one day and killed all the whores there, anyways it was in a sketch downtown area and when we got there it was around 2AM and we were just staring at the house and we noticed a window and a hand reached out and pulled the curtain away like someone was inside looking out at us, then we went around to the side and there were 3 or 4 lights on in the house and we heard talking and got closer and realized it was an old radio, heres the weird part it was broadcasting a news broadcast talking about mickey mantle winning the triple crown which meant it was a broadcast from 1956, then we made it to the door and opened it just enough to look inside and at the top of the stairs there was a huge like 6foot 5 figure standing there cloaked in all black and it was just staring at us so we went away a little bit, then the police showed up saying we were tresspassing and we asked them to look inside they said it was probably just some homeless people and they went in the house and didn't see anything at all, they didn't hear and music playing and they said the lights were off in the house, but when they were inside the house we could still see them on..it was very weird
I want to have an actual encounter with a ghost that I actually can see though sometime not a shadowy figure or something I don't remember
As for aliens I believe I've seen UFO's but can't be too sure...i wish i could see them and see aliens though lol
This sounds like a DaGip thread. I'm surprised it's not. Anyway, it would be fun to be a ghost. You could freak people out. (Preppy girls on a 7th grade school camping trip would be fun.) But I guess it'd get boring after a while, I can see how some of them are mean. One time when I was 11 or 12 I woke up in the middle of the night. There was a shimmering light in front of my eyes in a vaguely human form. I shut my eyes and pretended to be asleep again, hoping it would go away. After a while I went back to sleep. I'm 100% positive it wasn't a dream, but it could've been car headlights on the road. Nobody had ever died in that neighborhood, unless you count our neighbor's dog. Damnit, this is freaking me out a little right now. Right when I was typing this I saw a flash of light on my left that was a little unnatural. It's only 2:30 (pm), and that was still a little scary. I have these friends that said when they were little kids they were at a hotel room (an old one), they saw this woman in the middle of the night in a really old fashioned dress. There was a little girl, too. Both of them were dressed in 19th century clothes. They played with the girl for a while, and then they went back to bed. Typing here was a mistake. My cat just mewed and it flipped my out for a second, and she was nowhere in sight after she mewed. I just heard a thump outside, too. And that sleep paralysis, I get that all the time. I'm wide awake in bed, but my eyes are closed and I'm straining my muscles but I can't move anything. It's really bad cause sometimes I'm twisted into a really uncomfortable position and I want to move. Eventually, everything will snap to and my eyes will open and my head will come up all at the same time. Ever had a dream, and get woken abruptly, and be halfway in between for a second? It's weird. Ever had a dream when you know it's a dream? One time when I was 11, I was being chased by a giant killer robot, and I started frantically pounding on a rock shouting
"WAKE UP, WAKE UP, WAKE UP!!!!!!!!" It was almost on top of me when I woke up. I use to really hate it when I was a little kid, I'd wake up out of a nightmare (sometimes intentionally as mentioned above), and then I'd be conflicted cause I'd want to go to sleep, but I was afraid to go back to sleep.

As for the main topic, yeah, I saw some ghosts once. My sister was with me at the time and she saw them also, so I know I wasn't imagining them.

I have had the ghost in my house giggle at me, scratch the walls, shuffle across the floor, make loud crashing noises (like tipping over a table full of plates and stuff), turn the stove on, turn the burners on, start the dishwasher, turn the radio on, open cabinet doors, and open the window in the garage.
I've seen small red orbs buzzing around the house at times and I heard someone come in the house and the dog barked. I then heard a women say,"Oh!" in a startled voice, and I went to go see who came in the house...and nobody was in the house. Nobody was outside...
That was only the ghost in my house, I have had numerous other experiences on the road as well that sound even more bizarre!
When I have more time, I will touch more on these stories....

Sleep apnea is a serious problem caused by stopping to breath while asleep. It is usually experienced with dreams similar to the one you described. Google it.

Yeah it was some ghost like thing comeing over me in the night, i think it called itself a hallow. Its was an scary and all he wanted to do was to eat me. He cant be seen by humans only which is a spirited as me. He called me a shingami.

These girls and here friends were playing with a ouiji board. After a while they encountered a spirit of a lady. The lady seemed very nice and kind and they had conversations. The woman said she had been executed. The girls started pressing the spirit for details, but she wouldn't say anything. Then the lady asked if they would like to be possessed. On of the girls quickly said no, but another said she would be thrilled to. Then the spirit told her a list of instruction to do and what to wear. The girls friend kept pleading her not to do it, but she was just to ignorent. Once she put of everything, she poured a circle of salt around here. Then the girls friend started shaking violenty. Immidiatly you could here a scream, it last for aroudn 3 seconds. The girl jerked right up and pulled out a knife a put it on the girls throut and scremed in the voice of the lady " your lucky because your just gonna die,but your friend is going to burn in hell". When the police came, they found the body of two girls dead.
