poll votes move topic to top

just as if a new post has been made in the thread, a poll vote should send the topic to the top although it shouldn't go orange coz nothin has been said. i noticed this wen i was looking at my post http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9186
some polls don't require a message. just a yes/no vote and these threads would die if someone doesn't bump them.

if you can find a phpbb mod to install that does this, then i might install it, but probably not.
