I'm not a wrestling fan myself, and I'm not going to ask my boy for an opinion until Rey Mysterio is added to the list, for he would scorn you.

Of the ones given, I think he'd go for Undertaker and Batista.

Wrestling is stupid and gay (at least on TV)

....yet I am still a guy, so where the f*ck is John Cena and (I know he's dead) Eddie Guerrero (I know I probably didn't spell his name correctly)?
I do it because I can

I can because I want to

I want to because you said I couldn't

John Cena is the worst wrestler there is
He is also the least poular (on wwe-fan-nation that is)
the only people that like him are 5-10 year old boys and teenage girls
reasons:
*he only has 3 moves
*he cant wrestle
*he is overrated
*he takes oppotunities away from mid-card wrestlers (which is something wrestlers who truely love the business dont do)
*he is predictable
*he is the reason a lot of people are ashamed to admit they like wrestling
*...

as for eddie guerrero...
if i added him i would have to add mick foley, ric flair, hulk hogan, the rock, sabu, rvd and all the other great ex-wrestlers which is no what im interested in

John Cena is my sons favourite(he's just turned 7) and he won Royal Rumble 08'.

sadly though i'm going to see WWE Smackdown at the MEN Arena(Manchester) in November. it's cost me for 2 tickets(me and my son) $269. what a fooking rip-off, but my mates in work said he'll love it and i might even enjoy it.

Of the choices given, Undertaker. But Undertaker pre-1999.

Of the choices not given, Bret Hart, Mick Foley, Ken Shamrock, British Bulldog. And I'm sure there's others I could name too.

Lol i remember wrestling, in the old days i used to watch the British wrestling that used to be on, the lads in the army used to force me to watch it by majority votes on what to watch, big daddy being one of the wrestlers.

Ten years on your' American wrestling came to camp, this time Sgt slaughter, hulk hogan and undertaker were the ones i remember. By then i started to get into it, because there was nothing on.

Another ten years and a new generation are forcing me into watching it, this time undertakers brother, the red guy with the mask came and things got interesting and rowdy that DX gang was right up my alley, so funny i always used to watch it at the camp.

Another one they watched was "WCW" which was alright with those guys that used to beat everyone up.

So about 22 years of watching wrestling has.... well.... left me in a way, emotionally scarred considering that was the only TV in the whole camp watching it through Iraq, ireland, the falklands on 5 different continents.

but hey wrestling ain't the worst, beats eastenders.

this poll is null and void...no Ric Flair and no Bret Hart. People who watch it now, have no idea what it used to be like. I still watch, but every match has to have a silly ending, because only the stars wrestle each other. Old days, you would watch the star vs victim (jobber) matches, and see all their cool moves. But when they got int he ring together, a finisher, meant a finish. So there were 100 ways to escape having the figure 4 on you, but unless you were a top notch guy, once it was on, you gave up. WWE pissed all over Flair's legacy by having everyone able to escape the hold.

I've got to go with Triple H of the ones listed. I've got two words for ya .... Degeneration X - was arguably one of the best wrestling stables (Degen X or NWO) around in either its first or second incarnation. The multiple titles he's held. Of course you can't forget that he's married to Vinne Mac's daughter Stephanie which looking at it from a business perspective puts you right in the line for succession ....

Gotta have John Cena up there as he is one of the main guys.

Mick Foley was my favorite because he wasn't your stereotypical muscular, roid monkey, crappy actor, tough guy wrestler.

OK I'll vote n a moment - but I must explain that this is a composite vote.
My son had a sleepover tonight, and this is a summary of all their votes. CM punk had some suport too, Triple H had more. Rey Mysterio woulda walked away with it if he'd been in the list of options.

two words... Kurt Angle.

He is not only an Olympic Hero, But an American one too, it's True, it's True.

He has intensity
He has integrity
He has intelligence.

What else do you need?

I haven't heard that in years, though granted, it has been awhile since I've watched it.
