You mean new rule like "If you look it up don't post it for 24 hours"? idk, that would just mean people would start googling and wikiing as soon as the screeny is up and then post 24 hours later.
Maybe more like after awhile if no one gets it open it up to googling, etc. And without that rule, I could just google something and say it right away, even if someone else knew it.
