As I stated in Forbidden City, don't expect me to stop making them just because players don't like things complicated, or a little challenging.Blitzaholic wrote:I am not sure who made the 1st 2 railroad maps but i know of many players that stay clear from them, again too complicated or thinking required on them 1st 2 made, especially the 2nd one, these maps always tned to favor bob and monkey and so many in the beginning do not have these

Thanks Blitzaholic. I am sure you find this less torture than Rail Europe.Blitzaholic wrote:agreed, I will try it out and play it, glad it is less challenging then rail europe

Thanks Night Strike.Night Strike wrote:Hey, I like the Rail maps. I just don't play on them as much as I probably could.

thanks trk1994.trk1994 wrote:this is looking great. when will it be released to play? as for difficulty of play, rail USA was great, and Europe was pretty cool. I really like this line of maps. Keep up the good work!!

You mean like this. Please refresh your browser as i have made the adjustment in version 23oaktown wrote:would it make more sense if the minerals - ports that are connected were the same color, rather than making all of the minerals one color, etc?

How's this...version 24oaktown wrote:better.
Maybe I'm tired, but looking at this right now I'm not getting what's going on with the ADL hub, which is strange because it hasn't bothered me before now... could you plunk some army counts on there more or less where you think they'll go?

sorry but ADL is staying as is.....oaktown wrote:....
I think the map would be easier to follow if ADL was just a single territory like everything else, but with a fourth letter piled up there somehow.

Alright, it's your funeral.cairnswk wrote:sorry but ADL is staying as is.....
EDIT: oh and the 'doo stays also

Let's hope that stamping this isn't your funeral. I'm sure it won't be!oaktown wrote:...

A change to the way the station is laid out would, in my opinion, make the play more clear, but as it wouldn't actually impact the way the map plays I guess I'm ready to stamp this puppy...

Those "sunbursts" as you call them are aboriginal representations of "meeting places" - this is how aboriginals drawn them. As such they are part of the overall design of this map with a part aboriginal theme. So the answer is a flat no.TaCktiX wrote:The black and burgundy "sunbursts" seem to have no causality. Most of them show up near a port, but a few do not, and they don't seem to have any map "reason" to them. Any chance of reducing their number to exclusively the ones near ports to prevent confusion?

Totally agree - they kick ass.cairnswk wrote:Those "sunbursts" as you call them are aboriginal representations of "meeting places" - this is how aboriginals drawn them.
