It could mean one of two things:

1) They were forum banned (temporarily or permanently)
2) They were caught as a multi and therefore their account was banned

Their points are calculated the same way as everybody else's.

You can't see them, unfortunately (although maybe the Map Rank plugin would still show it...I'm not sure if that would work or not). The reason you can't see their profile is because the Profile is based off the same software as the forums. Therefore if they are banned from the forums that includes their profile page. Their account is still active (or "there"), and points are still calculated (since the site doesn't use their profile page for it's calculations, but rather links the calculation to the profile page). You could try searching on the scoreboard (I'm not sure if that works), or you can make a guess by the rank icon you see by their name (it would obviously be between a certain amount of points based on the rank).

You can still search them on the scoreboard (as long as they have completed a game in the last 30 days) to find their score.

I thought scoreboard was if they had taken their turn in 30 days, not finished a game. (you probably know more than me, but that is what I read)

Well, a new recruit who has not completed a game yet would not be listed on the Scoreboard.

Only players that have taken a turn within the past 30 days are listed. New Recruits are listed once they have finished a game.

This may have been said in the previous posts, but I couldn't tell, so I thought I would try and clear it up.
