you need to be WAY more specific if you want help here.

what crashes
what are your system specs.
etc.
the more information you can provide the better the chance that someone will be able to help you.

the message I get is: firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close
That is everytime i try and use the browser. I don't know the specs of my computer but it is fairly new running on windows nt and using ie right now. I have installed different browsers and even had firefox once i believe and don't know what is wrong now.

what version of IE are you running? It looks like you running windows NT is likely the problem, since firefox is not listed as compatible with it. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/sy ... ments.html

What kind of new computer runs NT?

95 is so old it's practically freeware now... Might want to try linux though (do you have wireless internet? If you answered no, try Ubuntu, it's really quite userfriendly and you can do a "dual boot" with it which means you can keep both Ubuntu and NT on the same system).
In heaven... Everything is fine, in heaven... Everything is fine, in heaven... Everything is fine... You got your things, and I've got mine.
